Roadmap
The Treasure KC roadmap, from the Kansas City launch to national expansion across the Treasure Network — covering financial literacy, TKC Points, community governance, Treasure Drops, and big-brand redemptions.
- Kansas City live → Springfield / St. Louis (2027) → Chicago (2028) → National (2028+).
- Powered by The Moten System.
Phase 1 — Beta (through August 31, 2026)
App live and iterating: AI financial literacy, trade simulator, 15% TKC Savings Lock bonus recorded on the XRP Ledger, daily sweepstakes entries. Onboarding members, merchants, nonprofits, and KC junior/community colleges (MCC, KCKCC, JCCC). Target: 500–1,000+ members.
Phase 2 — Full Launch (September 1, 2026)
Kansas City-wide access: instant TKC redemptions, Treasure Drops, weekly sweepstakes (5 winners), KC Kickoff Cashout — $1,000 on the 1st of every month at 6 PM CT. Junior/community college campus rollouts across MCC, KCKCC, and JCCC.
Phase 3 — Community Governance (Oct–Dec 2026)
Mid-October nonprofit-affiliated nominations. Member voting through November. December: top 10 selected cryptographically. January 1, 2027: 5 elected members + Treasure KC rep form the first Member Voting Board. KC community ownership begins.
Phase 4 — First Community Impact (Q1 2027)
The newly elected board votes on the inaugural funded project — drawing from the 20% Member Voting revenue allocation. First tangible proof that the community governs its own rewards.
Phase 5 — Expansion (2027–2028)
Q1 2027: College & Junior College Accelerator — KC junior colleges become anchor campuses; four-year pilots follow (UMKC, Park, MU). Mid-2027: Springfield (417 points program). Late 2027: St. Louis. 2028: Chicago. Every new city replicates the junior-college-first playbook.
Phase 6 — National Scale (2028+)
More cities, more merchants, deeper community roots. Treasure Network expands nationally with bigger brand partnerships in every chapter city. Each city gets its own points program, governance board, and community royalty.
