How Treasure KC collects, uses, protects, and shares your information — covering the Wealth Passport, Impact Wallet, sweepstakes, and membership data.
What Data We Collect
- Account information: name, email, and location (city/zip).
- Activity data: check-ins, quiz completions, volunteer events, Scout Army and Ghost Spot submissions.
- Receipt data: processed by AI and stored in anonymized form — no identifiable purchase history is retained.
- Wealth Passport standing data: the 5-category behavioral standing and its component inputs.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to calculate your Wealth Passport standing, power community intelligence engines, attribute TKC earnings, and improve platform features. We do not sell personal data. Anonymized aggregate data may be used for community planning and B2B reporting.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting TreasureKC@TreasureKC.org. Receipt data is stored only in anonymized form and cannot be linked back to you once processed.
